Summer Schedule

Rookie Schedule

Ages 7-11: Introduces and creates foundation of overall athleticism in a fun, positive and high-success environment.

9:00 - 10:00 AM: Monday - Saturday
5:30 - 6:30 PM: Monday - Friday

Developmental Schedule

Ages 12-14: Focuses on progressing and maintaining athletic movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. This repeated rehearsal leads to permanent and positive athletic change.

10:00 - 11:00 AM: Monday - Saturday
6:30 - 7:30 PM: Monday - Friday

Prep Schedule

Ages 15-18: Focuses on fine-tuning technique, with the goal of taking the athlete's game to "THE NEXT LEVEL."

10:30 - 11:30 AM: Monday - Saturday
6:30 - 7:30 PM: Monday - Friday

Boot Camp Schedule

Adults: A metabolic workout focused on total body conditioning and high caloric burn including strength, cardio, flexibility and core.

6:00 - 7:00 AM: Monday - Friday
9:00 - 10:00 AM: Monday - Saturday
12:00 - 1:00 PM: Monday - Friday
5:30 - 6:30 PM: Monday - Friday
6:30 - 7:30 PM: Monday - Thursday

Strength Schedule

Adults: A comprehensive weight training program designed to build functional strength, muscular endurance and definition.

6:00 - 7:00 AM: Monday - Friday
6:30 - 7:30 PM: Monday - Thursday

Collegiate Training

College Athletes: Programming is designed to bridge the gap for athletes who are home from college. We look to send you back to your respective programs bigger, faster, and freshly tuned for the season!

9:30 - 10:30 AM: Monday - Friday
10:30 - 11:30 AM: Saturday

Open Gym

Adults and Collegiate Members: A time for members to come in and utilize the gym and equipment to workout on their own to supplement the group class training.

1:00 - 5:00 PM: Monday - Friday
