Fall Schedule

Rookie Schedule

Ages 7-11: Introduces and creates foundation of overall athleticism in a fun, positive and high-success environment.

4:30 - 5:30 PM: Monday - Friday
6:30 - 7:30p: Monday - Thursday

Developmental Schedule

Ages 12-14: Focuses on progressing and maintaining athletic movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. This repeated rehearsal leads to permanent and positive athletic change.

6:30 - 7:30 PM: Monday - Thursday
4:30 PM: Friday

Prep Schedule

Ages 15-18: Focuses on fine-tuning technique, with the goal of taking the athlete's game to "THE NEXT LEVEL."

6:30 - 7:30 PM: Monday - Thursday
4:30 - 5:30 PM: Friday

Boot Camp Schedule

Adults: A metabolic workout focused on total body conditioning and high caloric burn including strength, cardio, flexibility and core.

5:00 - 6:00 AM: Monday - Friday
6:00 - 7:00 AM: Monday - Friday
7:30 - 8:30 AM: Monday - Friday
8:30 - 9:30 AM: Monday - Friday
10:30 - 11:30 AM: Monday - Friday
12:00 - 1:00 PM: Monday - Thursday (Friday=Football Friday)

Strength Schedule

Adults: A comprehensive weight training program designed to build functional strength, muscular endurance and definition.

7:00 - 8:00 AM: Monday - Friday
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Monday - Friday
5:30 - 6:30 PM: Monday - Friday

D1 - on - 1

Provides you with a D1 personal trainer who will develop a program specific to your fitness needs. Sport specific training is available for football, basketball, baseball, softball, golf, soccer, track and field, volleyball, and cheer.
