Fall Schedule

Rookie Schedule

Ages 7-11: Introduces and creates foundation of overall athleticism in a fun, positive and high-success environment.

4:30-5:30pm: Monday - Friday
9:00-10:00am : Saturdays

Developmental Schedule

Ages 12-14: Focuses on progressing and maintaining athletic movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. This repeated rehearsal leads to permanent and positive athletic change.

6:30-8:00pm: Monday - Thursday
4:00-5:30pm: Fridays
10:00-11:00am: Saturdays
5:30 - 6:30pm: Monday - Thursday

Prep Schedule

Ages 15-18: Focuses on fine-tuning technique, with the goal of taking the athlete's game to "THE NEXT LEVEL."

4:00-5:30pm: Monday-Friday
11:00am-NOON: Saturdays

Boot Camp Schedule

Adults: A metabolic workout focused on total body conditioning and high caloric burn including strength, cardio, flexibility and core.

6:00-7:00am: Monday-Friday
9:00-10:00am: Monday-Saturday
NOON-1:00pm: Monday-Friday
5:30-6:30pm: Monday-Friday
6:30-7:30pm: Monday-Thursday
8:00-9:00am: Saturday

Strength Schedule

Adults: A comprehensive weight training program designed to build functional strength, muscular endurance and definition.

7:00-8:00am: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
11:00-12:00pm: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
5:30-6:30pm: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

Strength Training Mobility

A 45-minute session focused on tissue work, mobility and activation through range of motion. Upper body and lower body-focused sessions followed by low rep, moderate weight strength exercises to facilitate motor unit recruitment.

7:00-7:45am, 11:00-11:45am, & 5:30-6:15pm: Wednesdays
10:00-10:45am: Saturdays
