Summer Schedule

Rookie Schedule

Ages 7-11: Introduces and creates foundation of overall athleticism in a fun, positive and high-success environment.

9-10am: Monday Wednesday Friday
4-5pm: Monday to Friday

Developmental Schedule

Ages 12-14: Focuses on progressing and maintaining athletic movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. This repeated rehearsal leads to permanent and positive athletic change.

10-11am: Monday Wednesday Friday
5-6pm: Monday-Thursday
10-11am: Saturday

Prep Schedule

Ages 15-18: Focuses on fine-tuning technique, with the goal of taking the athlete's game to "THE NEXT LEVEL."

11-12:30pm: Monday Wednesday Friday
3:30-5pm: Monday-Friday
11-12pm: Sat

Boot Camp Schedule

Adults: A metabolic workout focused on total body conditioning and high caloric burn including strength, cardio, flexibility and core.

6-7am: Monday-Friday
9:00 am-10:00am: Monday-Friday
12-1pm (Strength/Bootcamp Fusion): Monday-Friday
4-5pm (Low Impact): Monday-Friday
5-6pm: Monday-Friday
6-7pm: Monday-Friday

Strength Schedule

Adults: A comprehensive weight training program designed to build functional strength, muscular endurance and definition.

10-11am: Saturday
12-1pm (Strength/Bootcamp Fusion): Monday-Friday
5-6pm: Monday-Friday
6-7pm: Monday-Friday

Stretch and Recovery

Static stretching that reduces muscle soreness and increases muscle flexibility.

12-1pm: Saturday
7-8pm: Tuesday and Thursday
