Speed and Agility Athletes will utilize both turf and weight room to develop the foundation fundamentals in strength, speed and power. Athletes will work on running mechanics as well change of direction. This training improves overall power production capability. Agility is the ability to change the body's position efficiently, and requires the integration of isolated movement skills. Coaches will build and strengthen the athlete’s movement using balance, coordination, speed, and reflexes. This camp is offered 3 times this summer! 5/30-6/3, 6/12-6/16, 7/10-7/14.
