Summer Schedule

Rookie Schedule

Ages 7-11: Introduces and creates foundation of overall athleticism in a fun, positive and high-success environment.

9:00am - 10:00am: Monday - Saturday (Starting May 30th)
6:00pm - 7:00pm: Monday - Friday

Developmental Schedule

Ages 12-14: Focuses on progressing and maintaining athletic movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. This repeated rehearsal leads to permanent and positive athletic change.

10:00am - 11:30am: Monday - Saturday (Starting May 30th)
4:00pm - 5:30pm: Monday - Friday
7:00pm - 8:30pm: Monday - Thursday

Prep Schedule

Ages 15-18: Focuses on fine-tuning technique, with the goal of taking the athlete's game to "THE NEXT LEVEL."

10:00am - 11:30am: Monday - Saturday (Starting May 30th)
4:00pm - 5:30pm: Monday - Friday
7:00pm - 8:30pm: Monday - Thursday

Boot Camp Schedule

Adults: A metabolic workout focused on total body conditioning and high caloric burn including strength, cardio, flexibility and core.

6:00am - 7:00am: Monday - Friday
8:00am - 9:00am: Monday - Friday
9:00am - 10:00am: SATURDAYS ONLY
12:00pm - 1:00pm: Monday - Friday
6:00pm - 7:00pm: Monday - Friday

Strength Schedule

Adults: A comprehensive weight training program designed to build functional strength, muscular endurance and definition.

5:00am - 6:00am: Monday - Friday
7:00am - 8:00am: Monday - Friday
9:00am - 10:00am: Monday - Friday
6:00pm - 7:00pm: Monday - Friday

Collegiate / Pro

High Level athletes in sports ranging from baseball, basketball, football, soccer, etc come to D1's state-of-the-art facilities for expert training, privacy and an environment in which they are accustomed. D1 helps collegiate athletes prepare for their upcoming seasons by taking their physical skills to the next level and maximizing their performance. Athletes making the transition from high school to college utilize D1's facilities and knowledge to gain an edge entering their first year, in hopes of making an immediate impact for the team. Veteran athletes seek out D1 for off-season training and injury prevention in hopes of extending their careers.
