What is D1?

Our trusted Athletic-Based Training system and sports medicine services are provided to athletes of all skill levels and those who want to be trained like an athlete throughout the country. We provide athletic-based training programs in a high-energy, small-group environment for youth athletes and adults, regardless of your skill or fitness level, led by professional Speed and Strength Coaches.
What is Athletic-Based Training?
At D1, we believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance. No gimmicks, no fads; we utilize trusted and proven training techniques used to build the world's best athletes and deliver them in age-appropriate programs lead by our professional coaching staff. Nothing at D1 is random. Every workout, every day, follows a strategic 8-week cycle with specific goals in mind. Following each cycle our athletes are tested to measure results.
We have developed a foundation for each of our Athletic-Based Training sessions. Every D1 session includes:
- Dynamic Warm-Up/Core Activation
- Speed & Agility
- Strength Training
- Core & Conditioning
- Cool Down
At D1 we spend a significant amount of time training multiple athletic movements. Our state-of-the-art facilities, all of which include professional-grade turf athletic fields, allow us to incorporate high-metabolic workouts to assist in endurance, functional flexibility, strength, speed, and power development. This unique approach has allowed us to achieve rapid results for countless D1 members and pro athletes.
Who Trains at D1?

D1 Rookie: Ages 7-11 D1 Rookie creates a foundation in coordination & athleticism in a positive environment.
D1 Developmental: Ages 12-14 The D1 Developmental curriculum focuses on progressing athletic movement with introduction of speed mechanics, weight lifting and spotting.
D1 Prep: Ages 15-18 The D1 Prep curriculum is designed to develop strength, power, speed and agility using Olympic lifts and advanced speed dynamics, mirroring a Division 1 collegiate program.
D1 Boot Camp: Total body metabolic training program for men and women of all ages and fitness levels with an emphasis on muscle tone, functional strength and weight loss.
D1 Strength: Comprehensive strength training for men and women of all ages and fitness levels with an emphasis on muscle mass development and body toning.
