Fall Schedule

Rookie Schedule

Ages 7-11: Introduces and creates foundation of overall athleticism in a fun, positive and high-success environment.

4:15 - 5:15pm: Monday - Friday
5:30pm - 6:30pm: Monday - Thursday
9am - 10am: Saturday

Developmental Schedule

Ages 12-14: Focuses on progressing and maintaining athletic movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. This repeated rehearsal leads to permanent and positive athletic change.

4:00 - 5:15pm: Monday - Friday
6:30 -7:45pm: Monday - Thursday
8:00 - 9:00am: Saturday

Prep Schedule

Ages 15-18: Focuses on fine-tuning technique, with the goal of taking the athlete's game to "THE NEXT LEVEL."

4:00 - 5:30pm: Monday - Friday
6:30 - 8:00pm: Monday - Thursday
8:00 - 9:00am: Saturday

Boot Camp Schedule

Adults: A metabolic workout focused on total body conditioning and high caloric burn including strength, cardio, flexibility and core.

5:30am - 6:30am: Monday - Friday
8:45am - 9:45am : Monday - Friday *STRENGTH CAMP
12:00pm - 1:00pm: Monday - Friday
4:30pm - 5:30pm: Monday - Friday
5:30pm - 6:30pm: Monday - Friday

Strength Schedule

Adults: A comprehensive weight training program designed to build functional strength, muscular endurance and definition.

5:30pm - 6:30pm: Monday - Thursday

Low Impact

A metabolic workout focused on total body conditioning and muscular endurance designed to improve your health and muscular strength, while decreasing stresses on the joints. This class will focus on core strengthening and improving balance flexability and stability. Caters to those with joint pain and/or existing injuries, or those that don't wish to run or jump.
