About the D1 Masters Program

D1 Masters is a program for men and women who are looking for both a low intensity and a low impact workout. Created for people who are new to exercise, age 50+, who are rehabilitating, or suffer from a past injury. Very different from our Boot Camp program, the Masters classes will focus on the following.

  • Improving Balance
  • Strengthening Core
  • Strengthening Joints
  • Preventing Muscle Atrophy
  • Improving Blood Circulation
