The D1 Wellness Program
Quality Programs:
Creating a healthy culture through training is our passion. D1 Wellness offers programs for every level of employee (obese, diabetic, exercise novice or expert, elderly…no problem). The bulk of our time is spent coaching: i.e., providing guidance, motivation, and accountability throughout the organization.
Comprehensive Health Care Program:
D1 partners with local sports physicians and other medical care providers to offer a comprehensive wellness health program, which may include health screens, health risk assessments, on-site physical therapy services, metabolic blood screens, educational health seminars and events. We also have nutritionists that will work with employees to develop a nutrition plan that is geared towards building sustainable, long-term healthy eating habits.
Emphasis on Participation:
D1 constantly recruits employees to become involved with the wellness program. To help keep the participation level high, D1 creates customized classes, workshops, challenges, and incentives for all levels of “corporate athletes”.
Quantifiable Evaluations and Reports:
D1 will assess the overall health of your workforce and identify the risk factors that have the biggest financial impact on your health care costs. Periodic Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) quantify the potential financial benefits and continually monitor your Return On Investment (ROI).
