You don't have to be an elite athlete to benefit from D1 Sports Training! Designed for adults, D1’s Executive Training Programs provide men and women an opportunity to experience the same D1 training philosophy, environment and training programs as our scholastic, collegiate and pro athletes.
D1 realizes your fitness goals have likely changed since youth. While you may still have goals of improving speed, strength and agility, we realize your priorities most likely have expanded to include overall fitness and general health.
Clients are trained in small groups (6 clients : 1 coach), focusing on strength, cardio, flexibility and core training. Throughout the training program, your coach will meet with you privately to discuss your progress, which is tracked throughout their training cycle. And as a client of D1, our coaches will always be available to consult you on any of your training and fitness needs.
