D1 Boot Camp is a program for men and women that provides athletic training with accountability, direction and encouragement.  Our 45-minute training sessions include total body training, strength and resistance exercises, core work, balance training and obstacle courses to get you into shape.  D1 Boot Camp also consists of nutritional advice, so you get the most out of your training. 

- Programmed 8 week cycles
- Metabolic training, utilizing many training modalities
- Acceptable for any age, gender, and training level
