As physical therapist of D1 Greenville, Mark evaluates and treats injured athletes and non-athletes. He forms a treatment plan and sets up goals with the patient in order to return the athlete back to his/her prior level of function. He also assesses those who may be experiencing an injury and can refer those to a doctor for further evaluation.

Mark has over 30 years of physical therapy experience. He was the Chicago Bulls head trainer for 10 years, Milwaukee Bucks head trainer for 10 years, and was selected as a physical therapist for two NBA All-Star games. Mark has received many physical therapy awards, including NBA Trainer of the Year in 2000. He is a member of the Amercian Physical Therapy, South Caroline Physical Therapy, Mid-Atlantic Athletic Trainers, National Strength & Conditioning, and National Athletic Trainers Associations. Mark has trained several pro-athletes including Michael Jordan, Charles Barkley, and Larry Bird.
