Brady Evans
D1 Rookie Athlete

Brady, one of D1 Chattanooga’s youngest Rookies, joined us on September 20, 2010.   His dad brought him in to learn how to run/compete full speed as he had been ‘jogging’ the bases during baseball. On October 28th, Brady hit his FIRST in-the-park home-run in which he ‘sprinted’ the bases.  The following morning, Brady and his dad, Rocky, competed in a 1-mile run at Ganns Middle Valley Elementary School where he attends Kindergarten. The race consisted of runners ages K-5 and their parents. Brady finished the 1-mile run with a time of 10m10s, good enough for first in his age group and 138 of 700 runners! Rocky attributed both athletic achievements to his training at D1 Chattanooga.
